We used this company and found them to be extremely professional. The surveyor who came out was honest and knowledgable. He took the time to advise us on how to rectify the problems without spending lots out. We only paid for this visit as we didn’t need further help from them but the were very honest about this which I think is brilliant!! Very helpful and nice lady on the office too!

What an excellent company this is! We contacted this company after being told by our insurers that we had a pre-existing damp course problem and they would not undertake any further repairs. Essex and Anglia came and immediately gave us a costing to do the necessary repairs and to check out the damp course problem. They came on time and after one week the walls and flooring were all repaired to a high standard. We were duly told by Essex and Anglia that there had not been a damp course problem at all and consequently the price for the job was greatly reduced. In our opinion this company is reliable, honest and has a high standard of workmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed expert advice on the condition of any existing damp proofing for a listed building before sale. Adam came in and was thorough, explained everything he was looking for and why certain elements of the inspection showed certain readings, etc..

The result was a detailed, independent analysis of the property which pointed us in the direction of the ideal solution. In short, the perfect service for what could have been a stressful side of the property sale. I can’t recommend the service highly enough.
