All surveys are carried out by a fully qualified CSRT / CSSW Surveyor (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments / Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing)
They are completely independent i.e. you will receive a detailed report in writing with findings and recommendations all to PCA standards EVEN IF a quotation for works is NOT necessary!
For these reasons the service carries a small fee to cover the time involved – you may find companies offering an apparently ‘free’ service, however rather than concealing our costs we choose to be honest and upfront giving you an itemised bill from the start!

Independent Guarantee
As a member of the PCA we are pleased to be able to offer an additional independent insurance backed guarantee in the form of a three point protection system that will cover any level of work undertaken from beginning to end. It provides a very comprehensive form of cover in the unlikely event that we can either no longer complete the work, or cease trading before a guarantee is made.
The guarantee provided is in line with the requirements as stated by the Government Endorsed Standards Trustmark and will be underwritten by the GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance) which is both authorised and regulated by the FSA. It also encompasses the FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) So you, the customer, can have complete confidence when using our services at any stage of the process.
