Initial advice is always free. However, a formal survey carried out by one of our qualified CSRT/CSSW surveyors may carry a small fee, which is refundable if you proceed with the recommended works.
Are your surveyors and technicians qualified?
Yes, all our surveyors are certified (CSRT/CSSW) and our technicians are fully trained, experienced, and DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
Do your treatments come with a guarantee?
Yes, we offer long-term guarantees for our work, many of which are insurance-backed and recognised by banks, building societies, and insurance companies.
How long will the treatment take?
The duration of the work depends on the scale and nature of the problem. We’ll provide a clear timeline once the survey is complete and a treatment plan is in place.
