Paul the surveyor visited twice and liaised with my builder to agree the best treatment for the situation. Both times he was extremely helpful with his advice. Called in Essex & Anglia Preservation Limited after receiving a very poor and basic service from a ‘well known’ company that specialises in timber and damp. Excellent service throughout, from first point of contact with the lady we spoke to on the phone to the chap who carried out the survey. Very knowledgeable. Knew their stuff. Didn’t try to make work that didn’t exist A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend. Use their services with confidence

The chap who completed the work was polite and happy to explain all aspects of the job – he also had a very positive attitude towards parts of the job which were going to be a bit of a challenge. The job was successfully/professionally completed and the area left tidy and clean.

The workers were very good in all that they carried out. They moved and covered my furniture. At the end of the work everything was cleaned to a very good standard.
